Order Cancellation Guidelines

You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

• Before Shipment:
  You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped. Full refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

• After Shipment:
  If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may be eligible to return the product after delivery (as per our Refund Policy).

Refunds for Canceled Orders

• Prepaid Orders: Full amount refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: No charges apply if canceled before shipment.

Auto-Cancellation

We reserve the right to automatically cancel your order under the following circumstances:

• Invalid or incomplete delivery address
• Unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Payment issues or suspected fraud
• Item out of stock

In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone, and any payment made will be fully refunded.

Exceptions

Orders for customized products, bulk purchases, or limited-time offers may not be eligible for cancellation after placement. Please review product details before confirming your order.
