Refund Policy

At Wellness Within LLC - FZ, we strive to ensure every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase on SoukSnap.com. If you're not happy with your order, we’re here to help with an easy and transparent refund process.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • The item was damageddefective, or not as described
  • The item was not delivered within the promised time
  • You received the wrong product
  • You canceled your order before it was shipped

Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds on the following:

  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories
  • Personal careundergarments, or customized products (unless defective)
  • Sale or clearance items marked as non-refundable

Refund Process

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The amount will be refunded through the original payment method.

  • Card Payments: Refunded to the same card
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer or store credit
  • Store Credit Option: You can opt to receive your refund as credit for future purchases

Exchange Instead of Refund

In some cases, you may prefer to exchange an item rather than receive a refund. Please reach out to our support team to arrange a suitable replacement.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, defective), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If returning for other reasons (e.g. changed your mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
