Shipping & Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across all major cities and regions in the United Arab Emirates. International shipping options may be available depending on product and destination—please contact our support team for details.

Delivery Timeframes

Our estimated delivery time depends on the product category and shipping location:

Standard Delivery (UAE)	2 – 4 business days
Express Delivery (UAE)	1 – 2 business days
International Delivery	5 – 10 business days (varies by destination)

Note: Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Charges

• Standard Delivery (UAE): AED 10 – 20 (Free on orders over AED 200)
• Express Delivery: AED 30 – 50 (depending on location)
• International Delivery: Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).
• You will receive an order confirmation email, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable or providing incorrect information:

• We will attempt redelivery (additional charges may apply)
• Orders not claimed within 7 days may be canceled or returned
